Maker Projects is where I share things I've built completely from scratch. I create my own patterns, find and repurpose materials from old clothes and secondhand sources, and sew everything by hand on the same machine my grandma passed down to me. Every project is original and part of my ongoing effort to learn, create, and make something unique.

Designed and Built

Made from a pair of thrifted Lee jeans and lined with an old flannel shirt from my closet, this bag was created as a handmade gift. I designed the pattern from scratch and incorporated the original jean details, including the pockets, waistband, and belt loops, to give new life to materials that might have otherwise been thrown away.

Reworked Denim Shoulder Bag

Designed and built as a handmade gift, this tote began with plain canvas that I dyed red and blue before constructing the bag from scratch. All Spider-Man web graphics and artwork were drawn by hand directly onto the fabric. Featuring custom pockets, personalized details, and hand-drawn illustrations, the project combined sewing, textile customization, and artwork into a one-of-a-kind piece.

Spider-Man Tote Bag

Created as a handmade gift, this tote was designed and sewn completely from scratch using canvas that I dyed myself. Inspired by vintage utility bags, it features custom patch placement, brass hardware, exterior and interior storage pockets, and a padded laptop sleeve constructed with fused fleece and a soft lining. The project combined pattern development, sewing, dyeing, and customization into a functional everyday carry bag.
